Christmas cheer is in the air in Redding, CA! Our customers, Ryan and Kellie Belcastro, earned first place in the Shasta Association of REALTORS 35th Annual Christmas Decorating Contest. According to the Association, "all properties were judged based on their originality, arrangement, theme and/or spirit, and overall presentation in the Individual Home/Best Classical, Individual Home/Best Contemporary, and Best Street categories. The judges agreed that while the competition was diverse, each entry displayed a commonality of pride of homeownership with an ability to bring joy to all who viewed the entrants, regardless of age".
The Belcastros won the Individual Home/Best Contemporary category with an immaculate display of over 70,000 lights choreographed to music.
