The Golden Valley Bank Redding team has been working all year long to raise money for their employee selected non profit annual recipient, Wild Horse Sanctuary.

The Wild Horse Sanctuary in Shingletown has been providing a safe place for wild horses since 1978. Nearly three hundred wild horses and burros live at the sanctuary. The horses are believed to be descendants of Spanish horses brought to the New World in the 1500's by the Conquistadors.

Golden Valley Bank Employees in Redding chose the sanctuary as it's annual nonprofit recipient because they wanted to bring awareness to the cause and give back to the community while helping to preserve a part of our history.
